This is only place mutants get to see the outside world. If you can fly, don't unless you want to be shocked down or killed. You could dig, or run out of the gate screaming like crazy. Here guards will give you some exercise by letting you either walk around or just do what ever you want with the others. Be care full of what you talk about out here(they are always watching)
